While we’ve nearly finished the entire second level, this unit is the first to truly feel like a cohesive space. The transformation comes from our advanced prefab modular joist systems. These precision-engineered components are delivered on site, carefully positioned, and then securely locked in with a robust combination of structural screws, fasteners, and bolts. The result is clean, efficient, and built to the highest standard.
This week we’re accelerating forward, taking the structure all the way to the roof. Our schedule includes a full week of concrete work, with over-pouring on each floor. As a committed landlord, we draw on our extensive long-term management experience to make these thoughtful investments – including a specialized acoustic membrane beneath a two-inch concrete overpour. While it adds cost, it delivers superior sound control, structural integrity, and a noticeably better living environment for future tenants.
